Domestic Shipping

Delivery is available Australia wide for all spare parts and electrical products. Pickups are not available.

 

International Shipping

We no longer ship internationally, although we dispatched the products the next day and using the larger freight companies we were not able to meet some customers deliver expectations. So to avoid disappointing delivery times we have elected to stop sending product overseas. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience.

 

We use a combination of Australia Post, Fastways, TNT, Startrack Express or the manufacturer for all deliveries. In the event of a shipping price not being listed contact our customer service team on sales@mrappliance.com.au and we provide you with a price.

 

Shipping FAQ's

 

How long will it take to dispatch my Item?

It can take between 12 to 24 hours to process your order prior to it being dispatched depending on the product.

 

When will I receive my item?

We work to dispatch the products in as rapid manner as possible. Delivery can take between 3 to 16 days depending on your location. We can not and will not guarantee a delivery period as we have no control over this process.

 

Where will my order be shipped from?

Parts are usually shipped from warehousesin Sydney, NSW. Some products may also be shipped direct from the manufacturer.

 

Do you offer a faster delivery than your standard delivery?

We use a range of shipping methods so we use the fastest and most economical method available to us.

 

What if the item is not in stock when I order it?

As we stock all our own parts there can be cases when we have a stock out. If this is the case there can be a waiting period of 3 to 5 days before we receive it yet in very rare and extreme cases it can take  up to 2-3 weeks to arrive at the warehouse. You are welcome to check the availability of any item by emailing us at sales@mrappliance.com.au, please include the item number and your email address.

 

Insurance

Insurance is not a selected option we have with the companies we use to ship products with including Australia Post.

 

Can I track my item

We send about 95% of our items out using tracking numbers based on their size and the service we use. For these we do have a tracking number and can track the product if required.
