Shipping Infomation

Domestic Shipping

Delivery is available Australia wide for all spare parts and electrical products. For larger appliances such as Washing Machines, Fridges and Air Conditioners delivery will be subject the coverage of the manufacturer and their delivery service.

You can pick products up from our stores with prior notice .

International Shipping

We ship spare parts and electrical product all around the world. There are several options provided for this service that will effect the time the item will take for the product to arrive.

We use a combination of Australia Post, Fastways, Toll Ipec or the manufacturer for all deliveries. In the event of a shipping price not being listed contact our customer service team on
sales@mrappliance.com.au and we provide you with a price.


Shipping FAQ's 


How long will it take to ship?
It can take between 12 to 24 hours to process your order prior to it shipping depending on the product.


Where will my order be shipped from?
All spare parts and power board products are shipped from one of our two warehouses in NSW. Depending on your address white goods are also shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer directly. Our Unlimited Power Supply and Inverter product line is also shipped direct form the manufacturer. 


Do you offer a faster delivery than your standard delivery?
Express delivery is available on a majority of our products, contact our office on sales@mrappliance.com.au to enquire about other options available to you.  


What if the item is not in stock when I order it?
If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be. As our products come from the manufacturers out of stock items can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive at the warehouse, however normally you will only have to wait a few days. You are welcome to check the availability of any item by emailing us at sales@mrappliance.com.au, please include the item number and your email address.  


Insurance


Insurance is an optional cost for some products and included in others. Each product will have this as an option or an inclusion. Mr Appliance does not take responsibility for the loss of damage of any products shipped that has not had insurance taken. Products that are delivered by Mr Appliance directly will not require insurance as they will be covered until they arrive at the nominated address.
