Extended Warranty Plan
Extended warranty is a way you can increase your protection against a product failure over a set period of time, this can be as long as 5 years in total. The extended warranty can only be purchased at the same time of the product purchase and commences at the end of the manufactureres warranty period.
Therefore if your product experiences a warrantable fault, after the expiry of the Manufacturers coverage period it will still be covered for an additional lenght of time. We have listed some of the advantages you receive when you purchase a Mr Appliance Extended Service Plan.
Repair : If your product experiences a warrantable fault after the expiry of the Manufacturers coverage period it will be repaired at no additional cost to you.
Replacement: If it cannot be repaired economically it will be replaced with the same product or a product with comparable replacement value or quality.
Cash Payment: In the unlikely event that neither of the above two options are available you will receive a cash payment.
Transferable: The Extended Service Plan stays with the product thereby adding future value to your product should you sell it inside the coverage period of the ESP chosen.
No Excess: You are not penalised when a claim is made as no excess is payable
Multiple Claims: You can log multiple claims during the period of coverage up to the initial value paid for the product.
