I found Mr.Appliance to have an extremely well laid out and very easy to navigate site compared to others. My particular item was quickly identified and a nice clear image confirmed it was exactly what I was after.
Several clicks of the mouse later I had an email that my order had been submitted followed promptly by another saying my items had been dispatched - now that's what I call service!!!! 2 days later the item arrived at my door!!! I would be delighted to vouch for this company for their speedy service, ease of ordering and their communication skills.
In the world of online purchasing it's great to see some companies still take the time to provide such detailed customer service! I'll definitely be returning when more parts are required. Keep up the great work.

My oven stopped working on Saturday, as we live in country there was no electrical appliance/parts store to get the item over the weekend. Started ringing around Monday am to find the costs and availability, as always I checked the internet to see if it was available online and for how much, this is when I came across the site Mr. Appliance, the part was available and 75% of the cost including P&H I had been quoted.
It was very easy to order the part which was around midday Monday. The item arrived in Forster on Wednesday am, well packaged and even with a couple of lollies thrown in. Installed element and had homemade pizzas Wednesday night. How good is all that? Happy to recommend to others. Good luck to you.
